Terms, Privacy & Communications Consent

Nothing on this page, in any advertisement that led you here, or in any message you receive before a written agreement is signed constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a contract. Figures, timeframes and outcomes described in our advertising are illustrative.

The scope, price, term, and any performance commitment are defined solely during a one-to-one consultation call and set out in a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Until that agreement is signed, SignFlow owes you no service and you owe SignFlow nothing.

Where those documents and this page differ, the signed agreement governs.

Claims such as a stated number of leads are descriptions of a programme we may offer to businesses that qualify. They are not promises made to you, and they do not become promises by your submitting this form or attending a call.

Any guarantee only exists if it is written into the signed agreement, and it applies only on the conditions stated there — which will normally include your compliance with agreed response times, budget, service area, and the provision of information we reasonably request.

Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, capacity, sales process, speed of response, and the platforms we advertise on. Except for a guarantee expressly written into a signed agreement, we make no representation that you will obtain any particular result, volume of enquiries, revenue or return.

When you submit the form you are asking us to get in touch, so we will — by phone, text or email — about your enquiry, the call you book, and the services and offers we think are relevant to you, including marketing messages.

Some of those calls, texts and emails are placed or sent using automated systems, including automatic telephone dialling systems, pre-recorded or artificial voice messages, and AI-assisted calling. By providing your number you agree to be contacted in those ways.

Saying yes is not a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe any time by replying STOP to a text, reply HELP for assistance, or email admin@czg-media.com. That stops future messages; it cannot pull back ones already sent.

We collect what you type into the form — your name, business name, email and phone number, and your answers — plus the usual website basics, like which advertisement brought you here and which steps you looked at. That is how we know which advertising is worth running.

We use it to reply to you, to arrange the call, and to keep a record that you asked us to get in touch. We work with the normal set of service providers to do that — a CRM, hosting, and the advertising and analytics platforms. Where an advertising platform needs to know whether its advertising worked, it receives your details in a scrambled form it cannot read back, and only so that we can measure our own advertising — never so that anyone else can market to you. We do not sell your information.

CZG Media MB is based in Lithuania and your information may be processed both there and in the United States, with appropriate safeguards in place. Under the GDPR and comparable laws you can ask us to access, correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing admin@czg-media.com. We keep enquiry records only as long as we need them, and consent records for as long as we need to evidence consent. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors who provide support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information is not shared with anyone.

Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we have an accurate record and can improve how we work. If you would rather we did not, just say so at the start and we will stop.

You confirm that you are at least 18, that you are authorised to act for the business you name, and that the details you give us are accurate. We may decline any enquiry, and we may end a call or decline to proceed, at our discretion and without giving reasons.

Everything on these pages — text, video, graphics, and the programme and methods described — belongs to CZG Media MB or its licensors. You may not copy, republish or resell it. Anything you tell us that is not personal information, including feedback, we may use without restriction.

To the fullest extent the law allows, CZG Media MB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from these pages or any pre-contract discussion.

Our total liability arising from these pages or any call booked through them, before a signed agreement exists, will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud.

These pages are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You will indemnify CZG Media MB against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from information you gave us being inaccurate, from your breach of these terms, or from your use of any material we provide.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before starting any formal proceeding you agree to raise the issue with us in writing and allow 30 days to resolve it.

Any dispute that is not resolved will be settled by binding individual arbitration seated in Vilnius, Lithuania, except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court. You and SignFlow each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action.

We may update these terms. The version in force when you submitted the form is the version that applies to you, and we keep a record of it with your submission. The current version number is shown at the top of this page.
